Porcini mushrooms are among the most popular edible fungus of all. It occurs in large parts of the northern hemisphere. Porcini mushrooms have brown hats and white stems. The flesh is white and in comparison to other fungi, very resistant. They often grow together with the poisonous toadstools that have similar claims.
