In the late misty autumn, on the days around Halloween, this creepy fellow appears. It snaps at unwary passers-by and small dogs, which it uses as "fertilizer". It is regarded as the revenge of the trees to the dogs ... With his hypnotic eyes the snappy tree stump paralyzes its victims. It then cuts them with his strong teeth into bloody compost.
