Parents
There are no known parents.

The small wild strawberries are part of the rosacea family, as their white flowers show. They grow in light shady places such as under broadleaf trees. They spread with runners. The white flowers of wild strawberries appear running from June to September. After a short time, the fruits ripen. The red fruits botanically are not berries but receptacles.
